The club has enjoyed a roaring start to the season with our regular crowd witnessing sensational(ist?) goals, dashing (or occasionally smashing?) victories, bittersweet defeats and desperate draws!

It has been 3 weeks of amazing hockey with stunning debutant performances and old hands blowing out the cobwebs to prove deadly with the stick.

With Round 4 upon us we intend to prove our mettle as the club travels from MHS to Waverly to Doncaster to Reservoir to Camberwell to Ballarat!

Yet there is light at the end of the tunnel: after the enormous success of the ANZAC Day home round - with spectacular hockey antics and an all day BBQ - the club is pleased to invite all current, past and prospective future players, parents, spouses, supporters and local citizens to attend our next home round on Sunday 16th May.

With back-to-back games from 12-8pm the day will showcase the spirit and endeavour that has consumed us with fever in season 2010.

Come down and cheer on the boys and girls (plus a couple of men!) who take on a swathe of Hockey Victoria Affiliates at the MHS Hockey Field.

There will be a club run BBQ operating from 1pm till the last snag's sold with mustard, onion, cheese and a myriad of sauces.
